I’ll never forget the feeling I experienced the first time I drove down Main Street in Cold Spring. I had stumbled upon our home and just like that, my life shifted from NYC to the Hudson Valley and I’ve never looked back. I started working in real estate in 2012, my years in hospitality and production proved to be great training for this new career direction. Real estate is a very personal endeavor; my passion is working with people. Why work with me? I truly enjoy what I do! Let’s talk.
From on-the-field social worker to stay-at-home mom to real estate salesperson, the progression feels right. I have always loved working with people and being of service. I discovered my love of real estate and interior design through the purchase and renovation of my first home, located in the heart of Poughkeepsie. While I always found real estate interesting, struggling to find my first home made me realize that I could help others navigate and find their perfect home while providing expert local knowledge.
After 12 years of living in Brooklyn, my husband and I were ready for a change, so we headed up the river to Peekskill. I’ve fallen in love with the quieter, slower-paced lifestyle of the Hudson Valley and all that it has to offer, especially the outdoor adventures. It is amazing to live somewhere that has the best perks of a small city, but also a close-knit community that has welcomed my family with open arms. My previous career as a User Experience Designer & Researcher, which focused on translating people’s wants and needs into solutions, has left me well-prepared to transition into real estate. I’ve always been a very empathetic person who loves to help others, and I am really looking forward to creating valuable relationships with buyers and sellers!
